When I was getting ready for going to r-tech at start of September it had full oil change, new cam follower and new brake fluid etc so next service would be absolute minimal.
Always had its important DSG oil changes. next isn't due for another 30,000 miles!
It was purchased from a very reputable company being R.S vehicle sales for just shy of 10k. When I got it it was standard. First of all I made sure everything was fully tight and as it should be as I always planned to take it to stage 2+. So it had a massive full service and health check. During this the vw specialist said there was a very slight knocking so under warranty it had cam chain, tensioner and adjuster replaced which can be a massive worry for owners of this engine. Also have the cam belt changed whilst engine stripped. I have the receipts to show this work being competed for around the £1,100mark! This made the engine run and sound like a dream.

20th April 2015 - New cambelt, tensior, water pump and fan belt VW Specialist £453.60
26th November 2015 - Changed DSG gear box oil, new filter and seal fitted VW Specialist £151.00
4th May 2016 - Replace timing chain, timing chain kit, oil filter, adjuster, oil and filter change - Massive bill at £1,118.96!
Then the mods started:
Window Tints by Herts Tints in st.albans, limo rears, front 50% (excellent quality and lifetime warranty. They also wrapped the gearbox surround etc in carbon)
I done the little bits, like changing to black badges, de wipering, wind deflectors, decent spacers, pressed metal plates, upgraded bulbs etc ....
Then the performance side all added between August / September 2016 so all very new.

On old MOTs, only advisories have been tyres or wearing pads so no nasty advisories.
Never been in any bumps or scrapes,
Fully HPI clear, any inspection welcome.
Tyres, fronts are approx 4 months old Goodyear eagle f1 asymmetric 3's, rears also have loads of life. Alloys have a couple of small marks but generally in very good condition.
Always run on 5-40w fully synthetic oil and Tesco 99ron fuel. (Mapped to 99ron)
It's never wanted nor does it need anything. Done a lot of looking before I parted with my money for this one, really is a nice example.
You can have it in drive, and poodle around like a complete normal golf and it's silent, bury your foot or put it into sport and it's wild.
This also has the best sat nav / entertainment unit, and also the upgraded parking sensors.
Finished in diamond black metallic with 1/2 black Vienna leather 1/2 Interlagos fabric recaro sports seats GTi embossed, rear parking sensors, 18" BBS Pescara alloys, heated front seats, electric folding and heated mirrors, flatbottomed leather sports steering wheel stiched in red, dual zone digital climate control, red brake calipers, auto lights, height adjustable front seats, isofix, remote central locking, dsg flappy pedal gearbox, floormats plus more standard specification.

Couple of niggles:
There's a couple of tiny age related marks. brakes occasional squeak at low speed unsure if still bedding in or little break dust build up etc.
Middle join on exhaust is currently clamped and could do with a quick weld at some point.
Small tear on drivers seat.
